Private Appraisal Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides marketing membership products for licensed US appraisers. We are not an Appraisal Management Company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website, subscribe to the Private Work Newsletter, or purchase a membership.

Information we collect

  • Name, email, and optional state of practice
  • Billing and subscription details processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers on our servers)
  • Messages you send to hello@privateappraisalgroup.com
  • Standard technical data (browser, device, approximate location from IP) via hosting providers

How we use information

  • To deliver the Private Work Newsletter and paid membership products (Google Business Profile copy for your Google Maps / local listing, site hosting, Edge reports)
  • To process subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and support
  • To improve the website and services
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to order appraisals or contact your appraisal clients.

Payments

Paid memberships are processed by Stripe. Stripe’s privacy policy governs payment data they process. Cancel anytime per our Terms; contact us to update billing email or cancel.

Form and email providers

Signup forms may use Netlify Forms, Formspree, or similar. Those providers process data under their own terms.

Cookies and analytics

Our static site may use essential cookies required for hosting or security. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy.

Data retention

We retain membership and newsletter data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for records, taxes, and support, unless a longer period is required by law. You may request deletion subject to legal retention needs.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from the newsletter via email links or by contacting us. Cancel paid subscriptions per the Terms. Request access or deletion at hello@privateappraisalgroup.com.

Children

Our services are for adults (18+) in professional appraisal practice. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
