Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to the Private Appraisal Group website and memberships. By using the site or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

Private Appraisal Group provides marketing memberships for licensed US appraisers (newsletter, Google Business Profile copy for your Google Maps / local listing, hosted local websites, competitor analysis). We are not an Appraisal Management Company (AMC). We do not order appraisals, collect appraisal fees, or review appraisal reports.

Memberships & subscriptions

• Private Work Newsletter — free newsletter.
• Posts — $19/mo or $228/yr.
• Site — $49/mo or $588/yr. Monthly includes a one-time $99 setup fee; annual waives setup.
• Edge — $99/mo or $1,188/yr. Same $99 setup rule as Site.

Billing: Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled. Annual plans are prepaid for the year. Site and Edge monthly include a one-time $99 setup fee; annual Site/Edge plans waive setup. Posts has no setup fee.

Cancel anytime for monthly subscriptions — access continues through the paid period. Annual plans are prepaid. Contact hello@privateappraisalgroup.com to cancel or change plans. Setup fees (when charged) are generally non-refundable after site production begins.

Site and Edge include one-member-per-county exclusivity subject to availability at signup.

Eligibility

Offerings are for licensed or certified appraisers and related professionals in the United States who are at least 18. You are responsible for USPAP, licensing, and state law compliance.

Informational content

Content about UAD 3.6, GSE timelines, UCDP, and private assignment types is educational — not legal, regulatory, or appraisal advice. Verify current requirements. Nothing here instructs you to ignore lender compliance.

No guarantee of business results

We do not guarantee appraisal orders, fees, rankings, or revenue. Practice stories illustrate direction, not a promise your results will match.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and member deliverables are owned by Private Appraisal Group or licensors. Members receive a limited license to use delivered Google Business Profile copy for their own profile and to use their hosted site as provided. You may not resell our copy as a competing product.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, submit false information, or use materials unlawfully.

Third-party services

Hosting (including Netlify), Stripe, email, and form providers have their own terms. Google Business Profile is a Google product.

Disclaimer of warranties

Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Private Appraisal Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or memberships. Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after posting means acceptance. Material subscription changes will be communicated to active members.
